Actually, I have found that the lj mobile page makes it easy to read my friends list (didn't used to be... it was ugly) and that I now have a (I hope) working plugin for my website that allows crossposts. No more hiding behind a friends-lock. I'm planning to also crosspost to Dreamwidth, but haven't gotten there yet.

Oh, and since I get SO MUCH irritating spam comment on my public posts, and I don't have time to constantly police it, you'll need to comment at the website. Also, yes I see the truly messy html. Still looking for a way to fix it.
